Hospitality is one of the world’s most rapidly expanding industries, providing almost limitless opportunities for management professionals with in-depth knowledge and developed vocational skills.

The course covers essential topics including, but not limited to, Marketing, Finance, Tourism and Customer Service. In addition we offer Contemporary Gastronomy and Patisserie as options targeted at learners who wish to specialise within this area.

The course is structured to examine the economic, social, political and environmental aspects of Hospitality Management. During the course you will gain the practical and management skills vital to understanding key business principles.

What do you need to apply for the course?

This course is for adults and learners over the age of 16. A positive attitude towards your studies is essential. Learners require a high level of English. We are happy to provide intensive English lessons where needed.

How will you learn?

You will learn through a mixture of practical and theory classroom sessions, for example, report writing, presentations, interviews, team activities, observations and case studies. Assignments will be set within a hospitality business context to allow leaners to develop their practical understanding within this sector.
